We are picking lambs that are above 46kg and with the correct amount of flesh cover so that we make sure that we get the most out of our lambs and they have reached their full potential before leaving the farm. This particular batch of lambs were the first lot of store lambs bought in for the 2019/20 season and came onto the farm on 9/07/19 they were sorted and the biggest lambs which you see here have been grazed on grass to try and finish them first.
