Here is a video with some of the last of the Pollybell cauliflower being packed back in November. We chose the variety Naruto it’s lovely white curd and lots of leaves that protect the florets and ensures the quality is great ready for eating. The team are getting ready to start planting again this week which means we will be harvesting cauliflower again in July. We will keep you updated.
