Our mature autumn flowering margins on one of our farms has really come into its own this last 10 days. This provides a great source of cover from predatory species for young birds and a rich food source. We locate these near to areas of woodland or hedgerows to allow easy access to spots for roosting and enabling them to move across the landscape whilst being protected and never been far from food, water or cover.
