Lee and Andrew are harvesting one of our first organic winter wheat fields in our CLAAS Lexion 770. The variety is cougar which has a high resistance to rust and mildew. It’s destined for organic animal feed once we have dried it in our stores. We will post a video next week of the harvesting team in action.
