The harvest conditions for our first crop of organic onions grown on the farm has been challenging with the wet and cold conditions. We have windrowed these and made the most of the small weather window we’ve had for drying before harvesting them.  We have managed to get them all in now they are looking good. These have now been delivered into store where they will be cured and then packed. It’s exciting to be able see them through the curing process and as a final product on the shelf and keep an eye out for updates on how they get on.
