Here is Jonny drilling one of these fields. We mainly use a grass clover ley which provides suitable grazing for both the sheep we have on the farm and areas we may rent out to the organic dairy based here. By grazing the grass we are able to ensure the clover develops which fixes nitrogen in the soil to aid the growth of future crops.
