Rob Corlett was appointed as Pollybell’s Technical Manager in January 2010. Before joining the team he was farm manager of Vitacress Salads, based in Wiltshire, where he was responsible for the production of over three hundred acres of conventional and organic baby leaf salads for over twelve years.

Andrew Sharpe - Operations Manager (right centre)

Since joining us over a decade ago from a large farming company, Andrew’s considerable skills are brought to bear organising all the daily operations of the farm. He makes sure that our machinery is in full working order, that it runs efficiently and that field operations are carried out in a timely manner.

Craig Bargery - Harvest Manager (left centre)

Craig joined Pollybell having gained extensive knowledge of dairy farming. He is our harvest and packhouse manager, responsible for up to one hundred harvest staff during the summer and dealing with the the highly complex management of our customers’ harvesting schedules.

Miles Bentley, Head Conservation Manager (left)

Miles joined the Pollybell team in April 2004. With over twenty years of conservation experience spanning the UK, his knowledge of wildlife, their habitats and feeding needs throughout the year has led to Pollybell Farm being home to a growing number of rare and protected wildlife species.

His enthusiasm enables us to remain at the forefront of farm conservation and under his guidance our farm has won awards  recognising its contribution to wildlife conservation.
